Refund policy

At Regitra Exam Translator, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below for our services:

1. Exam Translation Service

  • A valid reason for cancellation must accompany refund requests.

  • Customers may cancel their exam translation service and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled exam date.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the exam are not eligible for a refund, as the translator has already been booked.

2. Consultation Service

  • A valid reason for cancellation must accompany refund requests.

  • Customers may request a full refund if they cancel at least 3 days in advance of the consultation appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

3. Exam Outcome

  • No refund will be issued if the customer does not pass the exam.

  • Refunds may be considered only if the translator made a proven mistake during the translation. In such cases, the recording of the exam session will be reviewed to verify the claim.
